Ultra-high-speed Motion Control Software Algorithm
Independently developed ultra-high-speed motion control software algorithm based on multi-task real-time kernel and EtherCAT bus technology. Combined with sorter standard part selection and stress analysis, the instantaneous speed of the sorter reaches 46ms. This leading semiconductor development algorithm breaks through the 50ms instantaneous speed bottleneck, improves sorter productivity limitations, and elevates sorter capacity to a new level.

Sub-micron Precision Motion Platform
Independently developed sub-micron precision motion platform based on equipment model mechanical analysis and DOE test verification. Combined with ultra-high-speed motion control algorithm, it not only achieves sorter instantaneous speed far exceeding industry standards, but also achieves positioning accuracy of ±10um and angle accuracy within ±2°. This solves the problem of sorter precision failing to meet high-precision die bonding requirements in later stages, expands sorter applicability, and once again leads sorter technology to achieve high-speed and high-precision production.
AI Visual Defect Detection Technology
Youngen Technology uses unsupervised learning-based weak defect detection method for secondary image analysis of product surfaces. The "deep learning algorithm" enables increasingly accurate defect detection. Applied in sorters, this technology prevents defective chips from reaching later stages due to abnormal yield in customers' front-end AOI processes, with defective chip recognition yield as high as 99.5%, significantly improving customers' production yield and reducing shipment quality risks.

Central control system
Youngen Technology connects all sorters in the production line through a central control system based on intelligent predictive maintenance warning, online fault diagnosis, and capacity balancing technologies. It can real-time statistics equipment data, monitor equipment operation, remotely diagnose and handle over 80% of faults, reduce customers' machine operators by over 30%, lower in-plant sorting costs, and improve equipment utilization rate.
