The OCV/IR testing and sorting machine is an automated system that measures cell internal resistance and voltage using the AC method, and sorts cells based on the deviation between measured values and preset thresholds. Depending on the sorting result, cells are transferred to different conveyor belts for output, enabling automatic classification of cell products. Empty trays are simultaneously returned and reused.
