The 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility Report of Shenzhen Youjie Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is prepared in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Guidelines for the Preparation of Corporate Social Responsibility Reports, and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the Company's specific practices in fulfilling its social responsibilities.

The Company believes that while most effectively utilizing resources to create greater value, enterprises must proactively assume responsibilities toward employees, the environment, and society. We creatively advocate the concept of protecting and optimizing the business ecosystem and actively participate in building a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society.


I. Promoting Social and Economic Sustainability

The Company values its responsibilities to stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, customers, and business partners, by fulfilling corresponding social and economic obligations.

1. Protecting Employee Rights and Interests

(1) The Company has established comprehensive systems covering recruitment, training, performance evaluation, rewards and penalties, compensation, and promotions in compliance with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China. Labor contracts are signed with all employees and strictly enforced. A fair and scientific compensation and benefits system, along with a robust performance evaluation framework, is in place, adhering to the principles of equal pay for equal work, distribution according to labor, and higher rewards for greater contributions, ensuring openness, fairness, and impartiality.

(2) The Company emphasizes employee training by establishing a dedicated training institution and a complete training system. By fostering a learning-oriented organization, we strive to enhance employees' personal qualities and professional skills.

(3) In strict accordance with occupational health and safety management standards, the Company has built a comprehensive occupational health and safety management system. Measures and emergency plans for controlling significant hazards and key environmental factors are formulated and rigorously implemented. All-staff safety training is conducted to raise safety awareness. Regular and ad hoc safety inspections are carried out to effectively safeguard employee personal safety. Employees receive regular medical check-ups, and environmental monitoring and targeted remediation are conducted at hazardous workstations, fulfilling our responsibilities and obligations for employee health protection.

(4) The Company adjusts job assignments based on employees' physical conditions. In summer, heatstroke prevention and cooling measures are implemented, with free distribution of heatstroke prevention medicines. The Company supports employees in difficulty, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere that reflects care and human-centered management. Annual year-end banquets and cultural evenings of various scales are held to boost employee morale and strengthen cohesion and team spirit.

(5) The Company values the protection of employee rights. In accordance with the Company Law and its Articles of Association, a system for electing employee supervisors has been established to ensure employees' legal participation in corporate governance. A Workers' Congress system is in place, through which employee opinions are solicited on matters directly affecting their interests, such as wages, benefits, and workplace safety. The Company actively addresses employees' reasonable needs and builds harmonious and stable labor relations through various channels and initiatives.

2. Continuously Improving Product Quality

The Company strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system to conduct quality management activities, ensuring products meet relevant environmental and quality requirements. Stringent quality control and a focus on product safety protect consumer interests.

3. Respecting and Safeguarding Partners' Rights, Promoting Green Development Among Partners

(1) The Company voluntarily fulfills its information disclosure obligations in compliance with national laws and regulations, ensuring timely, accurate, complete, fair, and transparent disclosure. This enables stakeholders to stay informed about the Company's business operations, financial status, and progress on significant matters.

(2) The Company values its relationships with upstream and downstream suppliers, signing strategic cooperation agreements with key suppliers. We actively promote comprehensive strategic partnerships in areas such as market resources, raw material procurement, and technological collaboration, enhancing information and resource sharing to create a mutually beneficial and win-win development model.

(3) Supplier management is strengthened through a strict supplier management system. Green management principles have been integrated into existing frameworks, imposing stronger requirements on suppliers regarding environmental protection, energy efficiency, and green manufacturing in product design and production. A tiered supplier management system is implemented.


II. Promoting Environmental and Ecological Sustainability

The Company and its subsidiaries are not listed as key polluting units by environmental authorities. Since its establishment, the Company has not received any penalties for violations of laws or regulations. Our primary products are automated equipment, and our core business operations do not generate pollutants as defined in the Regulations on the Management of the List of Key Polluting Units. In future operations, the Company and its subsidiaries will strictly comply with environmental laws and regulations, including the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law, the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law, and the Solid Waste Pollution Environment Prevention and Control Law.

While focusing on economic performance, the Company also emphasizes the impact of its development on the environment and ecology. At the beginning of each year, annual environmental goals, indicators, and management plans are set to provide clear direction for environmental management. To effectively implement national environmental laws, regulations, systems, and standards, protect public health, advance ecological civilization, promote sustainable economic and social development, and enhance environmental awareness among all employees, the Company periodically holds special environmental protection meetings. Training and dissemination on environmental laws, regulations, and inspection methods are provided to relevant department heads, senior management, and part-time environmental officers. Based on actual conditions, the Company establishes and improves its environmental management system, assigning environmental responsibilities at all levels. Internal daily environmental self-inspections and hazard identification and rectification are strengthened to ensure effective annual environmental management, fulfilling social responsibilities while enabling healthy and green business operations.

In daily operations, the Company has established dedicated departments for environmental protection and energy management, implemented strict management systems and performance evaluation indicators, and annually commissions third-party testing organizations with proper qualifications to conduct environmental assessments. Identified issues are promptly addressed and rectified based on inspection results.

Energy-Saving Technological Upgrades Implemented by the Company in 2024:

(1) LED lighting has been installed in office areas and workshops. Compared to conventional lighting, LED lights offer higher luminous efficiency, lower power consumption, longer service life, stronger safety and reliability, and are environmentally friendly.

(2) Through process evaluation of products with the same material, color, and size, and in accordance with established panel/order consolidation standards, the Company has increased panelized production and optimized production scheduling. This reduces line changeovers, minimizes material usage, shortens production time, and ultimately improves production efficiency, reduces waste emissions, and lowers energy consumption per unit.


III. Carbon Emissions Management

(1) Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Verification

In April 2025, the Company's 2024 greenhouse gas emissions were verified by AVIC Certification Center (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The details are as follows:

Youjie's total organizational greenhouse gas emissions for 2024 amounted to 431.48 tCO₂e, of which:

  • Scope 1 emissions (including CO₂, CH₄, N₂O, and HFCs), converted to CO₂ equivalent, totaled 60.694 tCO₂e.

  • Scope 2 emissions (indirect CO₂ emissions) totaled 370.785 tCO₂e.

(2) Product Carbon Footprint

In 2024, based on the requirements of ISO 14067:2018 Greenhouse gases — Carbon footprint of products — Requirements and guidelines for quantification, Sino Carbon Insight Environmental Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. calculated the carbon footprint of one set of the Company's "test fixtures" over its partial life cycle (from "cradle to gate") as 8.58 kgCO₂e.

The company will actively promote green and environmentally friendly development, innovate in environmental protection technology, and accelerate the application of new technologies, skills, and equipment.
